UpNxtWork is a free internship matching platform that connects college students to live startup projects. The platform is free for students and colleges. Startups pay for talent matching services.
Students must provide accurate information about their skills, availability, and educational background. Certificates and Letters of Recommendation are issued upon successful completion of the assigned project as determined by the startup founder.
UpNxtWork is 100% free for colleges. By registering, colleges agree to share the student registration link with eligible students. UpNxtWork is not liable for student performance or outcomes beyond reasonable matching efforts.
Startups agree to treat student interns with respect, provide clear project briefs, and issue certificates and LORs upon project completion. Startups may not engage students for work outside the agreed project scope.
Certificates are issued by the startup company. UpNxtWork facilitates but does not guarantee specific employment outcomes. The quality and verifiability of certificates depends on the startup being a registered entity.
UpNxtWork acts as a matching intermediary. We are not liable for disputes between students and startups, project outcomes, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
