Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to support the finance and accounts team in daily accounting activities, financial documentation, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain and organize financial documents, receipts, and supporting records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and verification of transactions.
• Support GST-related documentation and basic tax compliance activities.
• Update and maintain accounting data in Tally, Excel, or other accounting software.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, payments, and documentation.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, or a related degree in Accounting or Finance (pursuing or recently completed).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of GST, invoices, and financial documentation is preferred.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous internship experience is an advantage.
• Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
• Work Location: In person
