How does UpNxtWork help placement teams?
It gives your placement cell one place to see every student's skills, applications, industry projects and certificates, as they happen. You spend less time chasing spreadsheets and can show results with reports built from real activity.
How can colleges track student skills?
Students add skills to their profile (or upload a resume to fill it in), and every finished project adds verified evidence. Your dashboard shows skills per student, placement readiness, and filters by degree, branch and batch. See Skill analytics.
How do industry projects work?
Verified businesses post real projects, and our team checks every one before it goes live. Your students apply alone or in a team, work in milestones, and get a certificate when the business approves the work. See how projects work.
Can we onboard students in batches?
Yes, in two ways. Share your campus sign-up link with a whole batch, and upload your batch list as a CSV to link students who have already signed up. Students create their own accounts, so they agree to how their data is used.
What reports are available?
A monthly placement report, month-by-month trends, an AICTE activity points report (PDF or CSV) and a student table you can export as CSV. See Reports.
How does institution verification work?
After you register, our team checks your institution and the person registering, usually within one working day. Your dashboard opens once your college is verified, and only then can you verify students.
How does onboarding happen?
Register (5 minutes), get verified, share your campus link or upload a batch, then invite your placement coordinators. Want a walkthrough first? Book a demo.
What is the pricing model?
Free for up to 100 students. Premier is ₹75,000/year. Enterprise (own branding, ERP integration) is priced on request. See Pricing.
Can multiple faculty members access the platform?
Yes. Invite placement coordinators and faculty by email. Each gets their own login, and the owner can remove access at any time.
