What it is

Talent discovery, explained

Talent discovery helps a business find students by what they can do, not just where they study. Every student profile lists skills, finished projects, certificates and links to their work.

Matching works per project: add the skills a project needs and UpNxtWork ranks the students who have them. Students control what's public, and their contact details are never shown.

Yes. Signed-in members can browse the verified student directory. Matching and invites work per project, so posting one gives you the best list.
How are students verified?
Our team checks each profile. Students whose profiles are too thin to judge stay unverified until they complete them.
Can I see a student's contact details?
No. Contact details stay private. You can invite and message students on UpNxtWork.
