Terms of Service

UpNxtWork is operated by Harsh Aade as a sole proprietorship based in Maharashtra, India. UpNxtWork ("we", "us", "the platform") runs upnxtwork.in, which connects college students and freshers with real projects from startups and businesses, and lists internships, jobs, hackathons, scholarships, government schemes and startup programs. If our legal form changes (for example, on registration as a company), these terms will continue with the new entity and we will update this page. Contact: support@upnxtwork.com.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit any form.
• Student accounts are for people currently studying at, or recently graduated from, a recognised college or university in India.
• Startup and business accounts are for genuine, operating businesses. You confirm you are authorised to act for the business you register.
• College partner accounts are for authorised staff of the institution.
• You must give true, current information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We review profiles and project briefs, match students to projects by skills, track projects to completion, and issue certificates for verified completed work. Profiles that are at least 75% complete may be verified automatically; others are reviewed by our team. Project briefs are always reviewed by our team before they go live.

We do not guarantee that you will be selected for a project, get a job, internship, scholarship or funding, or achieve any particular result. "Verified" means a profile or listing passed our checks at the time of review; it is not a guarantee of a business's quality or a person's performance.

Many internships, jobs, hackathons, scholarships, schemes and news items on UpNxtWork are collected automatically from public sources (company job posts, job sites, hackathon platforms, government and news websites). For these listings:

• The organisation that published the listing is responsible for it. We show a summary and link to the official page; always read and apply on the official page.
• We try to keep listings accurate and remove expired ones automatically, but details such as deadlines, amounts or eligibility can change. The official page is always the final word.
• Listing a company or programme does not mean it endorses, partners with or is affiliated with UpNxtWork.
• Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the listing.
• If you own content we list and want it corrected or removed, email support@upnxtwork.com and we will act within 3 business days.

UpNxtWork never asks students for money to apply for a job or internship, and genuine employers don't either. If anyone asks you to pay a "registration", "training" or "security" fee to get a job or internship, do not pay and report it to support@upnxtwork.com. We remove listings and accounts that do this.

Students get 90 days of free access from the date their profile is verified, within the application limits shown on the platform. Startups get limited free project postings; more needs a paid plan, arranged with our team by WhatsApp or email. Current pricing is on our Pricing page or available from support@upnxtwork.com. We will tell you the price before you pay anything; we never charge without your confirmation.

For paid projects, the business sets the project cost (at least ₹5,000) when it posts the project. When completion is confirmed by our team and approved by the business, the full project cost goes to the student. UpNxtWork does not take a share of what students earn; businesses pay UpNxtWork only for their plan. Payments are currently handled manually by our team. Refunds and disputes follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When using UpNxtWork you agree not to:

• give false information, impersonate anyone, or upload documents that are not yours;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against or spam other users;
• ask anyone for money in exchange for a job, internship or selection;
• take a matched project off the platform to avoid fees;
• copy, scrape or resell the platform's content or data, or try to break or overload the site;
• post anything unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these rules. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

You own what you post (profile, portfolio, project work, messages). You give UpNxtWork permission to store and display it as needed to run the platform, for example showing your public portfolio when you make it public. You can delete your content or account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Work a student creates for a startup's project belongs to the startup once the project is completed and, for paid projects, paid for, unless the student and startup agree otherwise in writing. Students may describe the project and show non-confidential parts in their portfolio unless the startup says otherwise. UpNxtWork claims no ownership of project deliverables. The UpNxtWork name, logo, design and software belong to UpNxtWork.

Certificates are issued only for work verified by our team and approved by the startup, and can be checked on our verification page. Editing, faking or misrepresenting a certificate is not allowed and leads to account closure. We may cancel a certificate issued on the basis of false information.

The platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, secure and available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or always online.

UpNxtWork connects students, startups, colleges and others, but is not a party to the work, employment or agreements between them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from projects, jobs, listings from other websites, or dealings between users, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

If you break these terms or the law while using UpNxtWork, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.

You can stop using UpNxtWork and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@upnxtwork.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety reasons prevent it.

For any complaint about the platform, content on it, or your data, contact our Grievance Officer, Harsh Aade (Founder), at support@upnxtwork.com (subject "Grievance") or WhatsApp +91 84848 55106. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current version. For important changes we will tell you on the platform or by email before they take effect. If you keep using UpNxtWork after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you informally through the grievance process above. If that does not work, the courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under Indian law to bring a consumer complaint where you live.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the whole agreement between you and UpNxtWork about using the platform.
