Required Technical Skills

1. Core Java

• Strong understanding of Core Java fundamentals.
• OOP concepts: Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation, and Abstraction.
• Collections Framework.
• Exception Handling.
• Multithreading basics.
• Java 8+ features and Stream API.
• Basic understanding of JDBC.

2. Spring Boot & Backend Development

• Basic understanding of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• REST API development.
• Spring MVC and Spring Data JPA.
• Hibernate and ORM concepts.
• Dependency Injection.
• Basic understanding of Spring Security.
• Maven or Gradle.

3. Microservices Architecture

• Understanding of Microservices fundamentals.
• REST API communication.
• Service-to-service communication.
• API Gateway fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of Docker.
• Familiarity with distributed application concepts.

4. Database

• SQL fundamentals.
• MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Database design and relationships.
• Basic understanding of queries, joins, and indexing.

5. Generative AI (Additional Advantage)

Candidates interested in AI and emerging technologies will have an advantage.

• Basic understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or open-source LLMs.
• Basic knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with LangChain / LangChain4j.
• Basic understanding of Vector Databases and embeddings.
• Interest in developing AI-powered applications and AI agents.

6. Frontend Skills (Good to Have)

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• ReactJS or Angular.
• Basic understanding of frontend and backend integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services.
• Work on microservices-based applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work with relational databases and integrate APIs.
• Participate in application design, development, testing, and debugging.
• Explore and implement Generative AI capabilities in software applications.
• Work on LLM integration, RAG-based applications, and AI-powered automation.
• Collaborate with senior developers and technical team members.
• Learn and implement modern software development practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates and final-year students eligible for internship opportunities.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Java is preferred.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot or Microservices is an advantage.
• Interest in Generative AI and modern software development.
