About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Azure AI Services, and Azure Machine Learning to build, deploy, and support enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech AI.

This role involves designing production-ready AI applications, optimizing machine learning workflows, and providing support for AI-powered enterprise solutions across various business domains.

AI Solution Development

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Microsoft Azure AI Services.
• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Azure AI Studio and Prompt Flow.
• Create intelligent document processing solutions using Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Develop conversational AI applications with Azure AI Language Services.
• Implement Question Answering, Text Classification, and Conversational Language Understanding solutions.

Machine Learning & MLOps

• Design, train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning.
• Manage Azure ML Workspaces, datasets, experiments, notebooks, and model lifecycle.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines for scalable model deployment.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and model optimization.

AI Operations & Support

• Monitor AI applications using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable AI deployments in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• DP-100: Azure Data Scientist Associate

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in Azure AI and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade AI applications.
• Strong expertise in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience working in production support and customer-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, model governance, and AI security best practices.
• Self-driven professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
