Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing)

About this job

We build and sell our own software products, and we place senior engineering teams inside other companies. You will work directly with the founder on both.

What you will do

• Build target account lists and find the right person to reach, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Clay
• Run outbound campaigns over email and LinkedIn. Personalised, not blast
• Run digital marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, content distribution, landing pages, basic analytics
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the founder
• Keep the pipeline clean, in a CRM or in Excel or Google Sheets. Every touch logged the same day, one dated next action per deal
• Help with content: posts, case notes, outreach copy
• Report weekly on what was sent, what replied, what converted

What you need

• 6 months to 1 year in sales, marketing or business development
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn, and reading the numbers afterwards
• Clear written and verbal English. You will write outreach all day and speak to prospects
• Organised. You will be tracking multiple live conversations
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting

• MBA
• Apollo / Clay
• Exposure to B2B or SaaS selling
• Interest in industrial technology or AI products
