Roles and Responsibilities

• Consolidating and analyzing financial data, considering financial standing.
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
• Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning, performing scenario analysis to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance by preparing monthly/weekly Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards, analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and conducting variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.
• Collaborate with business units (e.g., Credit, Collections, Operations) to track KPIs, provide financial insights, and recommend actions for improvement or cost reduction.
• Conduct revenue and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) analysis, highlighting trends and identifying drivers.
• Assist with cash flow management, liquidity monitoring, and investment analysis.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
• Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, and business environments
• CA or equivalent degree in Finance, Economics.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
