Job Description

Hiremath & Rathi Chartered Accountants is hiring Company Secretary (CS) Interns, Semi-Qualified, and Qualified professionals. This is a great opportunity to gain practical exposure in corporate law, ROC compliance, and secretarial work.

Eligibility

• CS Executive / Professional students (ICSI)

Responsibilities

• Assisting in ROC filings and compliance
• Drafting board resolutions and minutes
• Maintaining statutory registers and records
• Supporting senior team in company law matters

Eligibility

• CS Executive cleared / pursuing Professional level
• Relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Handling ROC filings and routine compliance
• Assisting in preparation of annual reports and filings
• Drafting basic legal and secretarial documents
• Client coordination

Eligibility

• Qualified CS (Member of ICSI)

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end corporate compliance
• Handling board meetings, minutes, and documentation
• Advising clients on Companies Act and governance
• Ensuring timely statutory filings and compliance

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Companies Act and ROC compliance
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management
