About this internship

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for the Stratzy brand across formats, including reels, videos, and other creative assets
• Work closely with the Growth team to turn ideas into compelling content
• Plan and maintain a content calendar across social media platforms
• Research trends, formats, and competitors, and adapt them for the brand
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and copy for short-form content
• Shoot and edit videos, and coordinate with the Design team for creative assets
• Track content performance and use insights to improve future content

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media and short-form content
• Basic skills in video shooting, editing, or scriptwriting
• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Creativity, curiosity, and the confidence to pitch ideas
• Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and meet deadlines
