Key Responsibilities

• Video & Podcast Editing: Edit YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and promotional content.
• Short-Form Content: Create engaging YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn video clips.
• YouTube SEO: Optimize video titles, descriptions, keywords, thumbnails, and discoverability using tools like vidIQ.
• Social Media: Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Content Creation: Design thumbnails, graphics, carousels, and promotional posts.
• Digital Marketing: Research content trends, maintain content calendars, and track engagement and performance.
• AI Tools: Explore AI-powered tools to improve video editing, content creation, and marketing workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of video editing and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Descript, vidIQ, Canva, CapCut, and other creative tools.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Understanding of YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Who Should Apply?

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are passionate about content creation, video editing, and digital marketing.

Previous corporate experience is not required. Personal projects, college assignments, and creative portfolios are welcome.
