Role Summary

As a marketing assistant, you will provide support to the marketing team by assisting with campaign execution, content creation, and performance tracking. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client marketing activities
• Plan monthly content and campaign strategies
• Coordinate with design, video, and ads teams
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement
• Maintain client communication for execution updates
• Prepare monthly reports and performance summaries
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms
• Identify improvement opportunities in campaigns

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media
• Content planning and campaign execution skills
• Client coordination ability
• Analytical mindset for performance tracking
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Disciplined, punctual, and team-orientated mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Social Media Marketing.
• Content planning and campaign execution skills
• Coordination with internal teams
• Adherence to SOPs and processes
