Digital Marketing Specialist (Night Shift Only)

About this job

•  Drive lead generation and conversion through a structured pipeline approach.
•  Proficient in managing various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook,
• LinkedIn, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others.
•  Utilize automated tools for cross-posting content across platforms efficiently.
•  Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and conduct cold/warm calling to convert leads.
•  Create ads efficiently to maximize reusability and minimize time spent on ad creation.
•  Proactively search for new leads through targeted outreach methods beyond just posting ads.
•  Perform additional tasks as assigned related to the digital lead generation process.

Requirements

•  Must be located in Nagpur.
•  Willingness to work night shifts (Indian Standard Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, US Central
• Time: 8 AM to 5 PM CST).
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on teamwork and results.
•  Onsite position with no remote work option.
•  Completed graduation with a commitment to a stable career path.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: ₹20,605.31 - ₹30,615.63 per month
