About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building the user-facing features of our web applications, translating UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code, and ensuring an exceptional, responsive, and seamless experience for our users.

You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build User Interfaces: Translate design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes into responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Framework Development: Develop modular, maintainable, and reusable components using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Cross-Platform Optimization: Ensure optimal layout, responsiveness, and usability across various browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Performance Tuning: Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency using techniques like lazy loading, asset minification, and caching.
• System Integration: Collaborate with back-end engineers to seamlessly integrate front-end logic with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and server-side services.
• Testing & Debugging: Write clean code, conduct thorough unit and cross-browser testing, identify performance bottlenecks, and resolve bugs using browser developer tools.
• Accessibility & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: professional experience in front-end web development.
• Core Technologies: Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), semantic HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
• Framework Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one modern component-based framework/library (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Responsive Design: Deep understanding of mobile-first design principles, CSS flexbox/grid, and media queries.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub/GitLab.
• Tooling: Familiarity with modern build tools, package managers (npm/yarn), and module bundlers (Webpack, Vite).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
