Role Overview: Lead the creative design team, drive visual storytelling, and maintain brand consistency across digital and offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and design strategy.
• Manage, mentor, and guide the design team.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Oversee social media creatives, website/app banners, emails, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools.

Required Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, strong creative vision, branding, campaign design, team leadership, and project management.

Qualification: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
