Not for corporate or enterprise B2B sales.

No long-cycle SaaS/enterprise selling, no corporate tie-ups, no RFPs. This is owner-facing field sales: you sit across from a gym owner, show them where their gym is losing money, and sign them the same week.

What you do

• Visit 3–4 gyms a day, run the free gym audit: floor walk with our inspection sheet, last 3 months' collection, renewals, lead register.
• Show the owner their monthly leak in rupees with our ROI calculator and real case files (e.g. a Nagpur gym went from 70K to 2.4L a month).
• Close on the spot: quarterly plan 1,00,000 or monthly 35,000 + 10,000 onboarding. Not closed? Owner visit to a live WTF Powered gym + second meeting within 72 hours.
• Target: about 13 gyms signed a month. Incentive on every gym signed, second half paid after the gym is 90 days live.

Who fits

• 2–7 years signing small-business owners in person: gym / fitness partnerships (Cult, FITPASS, gym equipment, gym software), hotel / property acquisition (OYO, Treebo, FabHotels), restaurant or merchant onboarding (Zomato, Swiggy, magicpin, Petpooja), franchise sales.
• You can tell us how many owners you signed in your best month and at what fee.
• Two-wheeler and licence; strong spoken Hindi; Delhi NCR field travel every day.
• City Sales Manager (6+ yrs): has led 4–8 field sellers on owner acquisition.
