Key Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up calls with employees and ex-employees for:
APL (Appointment Letter) acceptance confirmation Exit process and Reason of exit confirmation Bank seeding and account verification Other HR-related task Maintain call logs and update status trackers accurately.
Coordinate with the HR team to close pending cases and ensure timely communication.
Tenure: 6 months (as feasible to the intern)
