Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage our internal employee referral program. You will guide referred profiles from initial submission through the offer stage, focusing on smooth interview coordination, accurate data tracking, and delivering a top-tier experience for both candidates and our referring employees.
Key Responsibilities

- Initial Engagement: Connect with referred candidates to confirm basic details such as educational background, current location, and availability for interviews.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule technical and fitment interviews, carefully aligning the availability of candidates and internal interview panels.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal employees updated on the status of the candidates they have referred, providing timely and professional responses to their queries.
- Data & Compliance Management: Maintain accurate tracking sheets and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with interview feedback, evaluation forms, and compliance details.
- Offer Process Support: Assist the broader Talent Acquisition team in gathering necessary documents and coordinating logistics to help smoothly transition candidates into the offer proposal and pre-onboarding stages.

- Exceptional Verbal Communication: Must possess strong, confident, and articulate spoken communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for candidates and the primary liaison for internal employees, requiring a highly professional and engaging phone presence.
- Education: Recent graduate (e.g., MBA, BBA, or related degree). Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience; internship experience in HR, recruitment, or a corporate administrative role is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); ability to quickly learn HR systems and tracking tools.
- Process & Detail Orientation: Excellent attention to detail, strong written communication, and a highly organized, process-driven mindset.
What Sets This Role Apart
- Performance-Driven Opportunity: The 6-month initial term provides a clear runway to prove your capabilities, with the possibility of extension as you deliver results.
- Dedicated Referral Management: You will work exclusively with a warm pipeline generated by internal referrals, allowing you to focus heavily on mastering recruitment operations, scheduling, and candidate experience.
