About the Role

We are looking for a Market Research and Field Intern to visit mosques (masjids) in assigned areas, speak with mosque committees and staff, and collect information for our market research. This is a full-time role that involves regular local travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit mosques in assigned areas and coordinate with mosque committees or designated representatives.
• Explain the purpose of each visit, seek permission to collect information, and record responses accurately.
• Organise the information collected, follow up on missing details, and share regular progress updates with the team.⁠
• Follow mosque etiquette and respect prayer timings when planning and conducting visits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SSLC (10th standard pass).
• Muslim candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate clearly in the local language or languages used in the assigned areas.
• Familiarity with mosque etiquette and confidence speaking with mosque committees and staff.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and keep accurate records.
• Candidates with access to a two-wheeler are welcome to apply.

Opportunity for a Permanent Position

After the one-month probation period, interns who demonstrate strong performance may be offered a permanent position with a 30–40% increase over their internship pay.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
