Job Description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Forcepoint security solutions.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Forcepoint security products as per customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot firewall, network security, web security, and related connectivity issues.
  • Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions.
  • Handle customer support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates, troubleshooting records, and technical documentation.
  • Assist with security policy configuration, rule management, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Network Security / Network Administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to the team and Team management.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing technical environment.
  • Any Forcepoint related certification is added advantage
  • CCNA certification is mandatory.
  • Experience with Sophos/WatchGuardsecurity solutions is added advantage.
