Job Overview

Bytez Corp is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop effective lead generation strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Create and optimise search, display, and social media ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
• Analyse campaign data and improve advertising performance.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce advertising costs.

Required Skills

• Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of PPC and performance marketing.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of keyword research and audience targeting.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise performance.
• Experience with ad budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
