Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Placement Executive for our Noida office.

You will play a key role in managing student placement activities, coordinating with corporate recruiters, building corporate relationships, and facilitating interview opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement activities and manage student placement-related queries.
• Connect with recruiters and corporate clients to explore job opportunities.
• Source recruiter details through platforms like Naukri and Indeed.
• Collect Job Descriptions (JDs) and company profiles from recruiters.
• Collect and maintain student resumes and placement-related information.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and recruiters.
• Manage internship and placement drives.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with recruiters and candidates.
• Maintain placement databases, master sheets, and enrollment records.
• Coordinate with team members and interns for smooth placement operations.
• Collect feedback and testimonials from students and recruiters.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.
• Patience and a student-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, or corporate relations will be an added advantage.

Shift & Location

• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday – Saturday)
• Location: B 12, Sector - 6, Noida
