About the Role
We are looking for a curious and proactive Product Intern to support the product team in building and improving Trayas digital experiences across web and app.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product and market research.
- Support user journey mapping and identify improvement opportunities.
- Track product analytics and monitor key user metrics.
- Support sprint backlog management, including task tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and business teams.
- Support feature testing, launches, and product improvements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in product management, technology, and consumer apps.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
