Social Media Intern

About this internship

We are looking for a Social Media Intern who is creative, proactive, and passionate about social media marketing.

As a performance marketing agency, we work with multiple brands across different industries. We are looking for someone who can manage clients' social media presence, come up with creative content ideas, and help brands grow organically while also understanding the creative side of paid marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and handle social media accounts for multiple clients.
• Suggest creative ideas and strategies to improve organic social media growth.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, reels, and stories.
• Publish content across respective client social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and content ideas.
• Assist in boosting social media posts and managing basic paid promotions.
• Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, and content ideas for Meta and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.

What We're Looking For

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Creative thinking and the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
• Interest in organic social media growth and content strategy.
• Basic understanding of paid social media marketing and boosting posts.
• Understanding of reels, trends, captions, hashtags, and social media formats.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and work with different brands.
