Hiring: Mid-Level UI/UX Designer
Location: Bangalore Experience: 6+ Years
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong UX, UI and prototyping skills who can independently manage design workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research & usability testing
- Develop UI components and maintain design systems
- Ensure usability, accessibility & brand consistency
- Prepare designs/specifications for developer hand-off
- Collaborate with product, development & business teams
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of UI/UX Design experience
- Strong UX, interaction & visual design skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with research, usability testing & prototyping
- Bachelors in Design, HCI or related field
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
