Visual Designer - Figma & Framer

We’re a growing design and marketing agency working with clients across different industries. We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can turn ideas, requirements, and rough concepts into polished, modern, and conversion-focused digital experiences.

This role goes beyond creating good-visual designs. You’ll be working on real client projects where visual quality, design thinking, attention to detail, and execution matter.

What You'll Be Working on

• Designing landing pages and marketing websites in Figma
• Creating ad funnels and campaign landing pages
• Designing social media creatives, digital ads, and promotional content
• Creating website layouts, sections, banners, and other digital assets
• Turning client requirements and rough ideas into strong visual concepts
• Designing responsive layouts for desktop and mobile
• Creating UI designs with both aesthetics and conversion in mind
• Working on branding and visual direction for selected projects
• Taking approved designs into Framer and building responsive websites
• Creating interactions, animations, and components in Framer
• Working on revisions based on client and internal feedback
• Maintaining consistency across typography, spacing, colour, components, and overall visual language

What we're looking for

• 1–2+ years of professional design experience
• Strong command of Figma
• Good understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles
• Strong knowledge of typography, spacing, grids, colour, hierarchy, and composition
• Experience designing websites and landing pages
• Understanding of conversion-focused and marketing design
• Good attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

• Framer experience is highly preferred and will be an important part of this role.
• You should be comfortable taking a Figma design and turning it into a responsive Framer website.
• Experience with responsive layouts, components, CMS, animations/interactions, and basic SEO will be a strong advantage.

You should be able to look at a design problem, understand the objective, and come up with a thoughtful visual solution.

• Compensation : will be discussed based on experience, portfolio, and skill level.
