Role & responsibilities
- Manage receipt and dispensing activities of Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM).
- Perform online system entries, including GRN, BDP and dispensing transactions.
- Prepare and maintain online GMP documentation as per applicable procedures.
- Identify RM/PM shortages, communicate and coordinate with PPIC and Purchase teams for timely resolution.
- Coordinate and execute the daily dispensing plan as per production requirements.
- Follow up with the QC department for timely sampling, testing and release of RM/PM.
- Coordinate with QA and Production departments for BMR/BPR requirements.
- Ensure effective implementation of SQMS in warehouse operations.
