Role & responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding career opportunities and training programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Communicate effectively with Tamil-speaking students and prospects.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and training teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in career counseling, academic counseling, or EdTech sales.
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory (speaking and understanding).
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Experience in lead conversion and target-based sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
