Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients.
• Follow up consistently to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation & revenue targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or tele-sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales, primarily Domestic market and then International.
• Strong LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
