Job Description

NO Sales target so stress free working.

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officers to support the growth and expansion of our electric vehicle initiative.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers, creating awareness about electric vehicles, developing business opportunities, building customer relationships, and supporting EV adoption in their respective locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective customers interested in electric vehicles.
• Promote awareness about electric vehicles, their benefits, affordability, and environmental advantages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, families, and business prospects.
• Explain available EV options, financing facilities, EMI plans, and ownership benefits.
• Generate genuine business enquiries through personal networking, referrals, and local outreach.
• Assist interested customers throughout the enquiry and vehicle-purchasing process.
• Coordinate with the organisation's internal team for customer support and documentation.
• Explore business development opportunities in assigned geographical areas.
• Maintain professional communication and provide regular activity updates.
• Represent the organisation professionally and contribute to its green mobility mission.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates in sales, marketing, customer relations, or business development are encouraged to apply.
• Retired individuals with a valid four-wheeler driving licence can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital communication.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to interact with people.
• Ability to work independently and develop local business networks.
• Important: Candidates from different professional backgrounds are welcome. Prior experience in the automobile or electric vehicle industry is not mandatory.
