Content Developer

About this job

• Design, develop, and update training content for various learning programs.
• Create engaging digital learning materials including:

+ Micro-learning modules + Video-based learning content + Instructor-led training (ILT) materials + Virtual classroom training (VCT) content + Refresher and tactical update modules

• Develop visual and multimedia content using video editing and authoring tools.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, version control, learner engagement, and reporting.
• Work closely with automotive subject matter experts to gather technical information and convert it into learner-friendly content.
• Ensure training content aligns with organizational standards, business objectives, and learner requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for content development projects.
• Track content effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and business needs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor learning effectiveness using reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau.
