Location- Bangalore Experience- 8 to 12years

6 years of handson experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform with a strong portfolio of various implementations

Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices across the Power Platform including secure authentication rolebased access DLP policies and secure handling of secrets and credentials

• Proven expertise in Power Apps Canvas ModelDriven Power Pages Power Automate Power BI and Copilot Studio
• Advanced knowledge of the broader Microsoft stack Dynamics 365 M365 SharePoint Teams Dataverse and Azure services
• Strong experience with applicationtoapplication integrations custom connectors APIs and data modeling
• Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and consulting skills with a track record of building strong client and internal relationships
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies React TypeScript JavaScript HTMLCSS and how they complement Power Platform solutions
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members with a passion for knowledge sharing and team development
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable

Key responsibilities

Architect design and deliver robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Copilot Studio ensuring scalability security and maintainability

Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services Dynamics 365 M365 Azure SharePoint Teams Dataverse and thirdparty systems via APIs and custom connectors

Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and intuitive userfriendly applications collaborating with business analysts UX designers and end users

Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle

Mentor and guide junior developers establishing best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders facilitating workshops gathering requirements and presenting solution architectures to both technical and nontechnical audiences

Stay abreast of emerging Power Platform features Microsoft ecosystem advancements and industry best practices proactively identifying opportunities for innovation
