Job Responsibilities
- Collect, maintain, and analyse sales data from different regions and teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track product-wise, territory-wise, and employee-wise sales performance.
- Monitor sales targets, achievements, and growth trends.
- Analyse market performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills
