Data Analyst

About this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our import and e-commerce operations team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment records, updating product and inventory data, and handling Excel-based reporting and documentation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update import shipment data in Excel and company software.
• Maintain records of invoices, packing lists, BOE, and shipping documents.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Update product, inventory, and vendor information in the system.
• Coordinate with the import and warehouse team for data accuracy.
• Track shipment status and update records regularly.
• Verify data and correct errors to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
• Support e-commerce backend operations when required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry work.
• Basic understanding of import documentation is preferred.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations is an advantage
• Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
