About this job
Business Development, AI & Operations
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Employment: Full-time
Summary : Were looking for a resourceful, commercially aware generalist to work directly with Dhruv and help Dentsu AMP grow and operate more efficiently. You will support business development, implement practical AI workflows and improve how priorities and commitments move through the company. This role requires someone who can take an ambiguous brief, organise the work and drive it to completion.
Business development and pitch execution
- Research prospective clients, their businesses and opportunities for AMP.
- Create and customise credentials decks, proposals and outreach communication.
- Coordinate strategy, creative, production and commercial inputs for pitches.
- Manage deck sharing, meeting preparation, prospect follow-ups and next steps.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline with clear stages, owners and dated actions.
- Identify opportunities across existing clients, partners and the Dentsu network.
- Work with the Content Strategist to adapt case studies and brand assets for specific prospects.
AI implementation
- Identify workflows where AI can improve speed, quality or cost.
- Prioritise a focused implementation roadmap with leadership and department heads.
- Build and deploy practical solutions for research, proposals, meeting actions, reporting and knowledge retrieval.
- Partner with creative and production leads on relevant use cases.
- Build straightforward automations and coordinate specialist support for more complex requirements.
- Train teams, document workflows and drive sustained adoption.
- Measure usage, time saved, output quality and cost.
Operations and company-wide follow-through
- Maintain a reliable view of priorities, project owners, deadlines and dependencies.
- Run concise reviews and track decisions through to completed actions.
- Identify delays, capacity constraints and gaps between teams.
- Improve recurring processes, handovers, approvals and reporting.
- Create useful SOPs and dashboards that reduce manual coordination. Bring leadership a clear view of what needs attention, with recommendations.
- Department heads remain responsible for their teams delivery. You own the coordination, visibility and escalation process.
Commercial follow-through and special projects
- Coordinate with account leads and finance on approvals, POs, billing milestones and collection follow-ups.
- Flag scope changes, unbilled work and potential margin leakage.
- Prepare concise decision notes covering options, costs and next steps.
- Drive selected growth experiments, partnerships and operational projects agreed with leadership. What were looking for
- 3 to 4 years in a founders office, business operations, growth, consulting, project management or an agency.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Structured thinking, commercial awareness and comfort with numbers. Evidence of taking projects from an unclear starting point to a completed outcome.
- Hands-on experience implementing useful AI workflows or automations.
- Confidence coordinating across teams and following up with senior stakeholders.
- Good judgement, discretion and dependable follow-through.
What success looks like: Within your first 90 days, the BD pipeline and follow-up process are dependable, leadership has a clear weekly view of priorities, and a small number of valuable AI workflows are live and being used. Recurring operational bottlenecks are improving.
