About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition and be comfortable with sourcing candidates, cold calling, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and other job platforms
• Perform cold calling to potential candidates and build a strong pipeline
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Naukri portal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (HR Domain)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Immediate joiners preferred
