Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack MEAN Developer to build and scale high-performance financial technology products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the JavaScript ecosystem and hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying secure, real-time, data-driven web applications using the MEAN stack. Experience in the BFS (Banking and Financial Services) domain is preferred.

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
• Write clean, modular code following Microservices architecture
• Optimize Node.js backend performance through effective asynchronous programming and event-loop management

Database & API Ecosystem

• Design and optimize complex MongoDB schemas and aggregation pipelines for large datasets and high-concurrency financial transactions
• Build and integrate secure, low-latency RESTful APIs
• Implement WebSockets to deliver real-time data updates

Security, Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and enforce rigorous security protocols including OAuth2, JWT, and strict data encryption
• Ensure compliance with financial data protection standards
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine

Agile Collaboration

• Work dynamically within an Agile environment alongside UI/UX designers, Product Managers, and DevOps engineers
• Guide features from initial conception through to final deployment
• Work accurately from written technical specifications and architectural layouts
