The organization is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers from Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics backgrounds to join its engineering and manufacturing teams.

Position Details

• Job Location: Bangalore
• Experience: Freshers
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI
• Eligible Disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Support production, assembly and fabrication activities.
• Assist in machine operations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Support quality inspection and process improvement activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and quality teams.
• Maintain technical records and operational documentation.
• Participate in on-the-job training and skill development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who have completed B.E. / B.Tech, Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics disciplines.
• Fresh graduates and candidates awaiting their first employment opportunity are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and technical fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn and work in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills, discipline and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work at the Bangalore location.
