Roles and Responsibilities
- Design brochures, brand identity systems (logos, colour, typography, guidelines), and marketing collateral for client projects.
- Produce social media creatives, presentation decks, and campaign visuals aligned to each client's positioning and DMM's house style.
- Translate strategy documents and content briefs into layouts that are clean, on-brand, and ready for print or digital use.
- Maintain design consistency across a client's touchpoints — brochure, social, signage references, and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with the content and strategy team from brief to final file, including print-ready exports.
- Manage multiple client projects and design revisions against deadlines.
Job Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in graphic designing, logo design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion graphics software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging visuals for various industries.
- Experience with graphic designing tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of brand identity development and visual communication principles.
