About the Company

Pushkaraj Industries Pvt. Ltd. is an established manufacturing company engaged in food, nutraceutical, herbal and cosmetic products. We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design product packaging, labels, stickers and product boxes.
• Create social media posts, banners and promotional creatives.
• Design product catalogues, brochures and marketing materials.
• Create and edit Instagram Reels and short promotional videos.
• Edit product photographs and prepare creative presentations.
• Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Good working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Practical experience in product packaging and label designing.
• Experience in Reel making and short video editing.
• Creativity, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Salary Structure

• First 3 months: 12,000 per month.
• From the 4th month: 15,000 per month, subject to satisfactory performance.
• Further salary growth based on performance and contribution.

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
• Sunday weekly off.
• National holidays as applicable.
• Pickup and drop facility from designated locations in Lohgaon, Wagholi and Kesanand.

• Minimum 1–2 years of actual work experience in graphic designing is compulsory. Freshers should not apply.
• CorelDRAW and Photoshop knowledge is mandatory.
• Previous experience in product packaging and label designing is essential.
• Candidates must have practical experience in Reel making and video editing.

This is a strictly full-time, in-house position at our manufacturing facility in astapur Navhi Gaon, Pune. Work-from-home and freelance arrangements are not available.

Candidates must be comfortable with the mentioned salary structure and daily travel to our factory location.

Female candidates will be given preference.
