Role & responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital and print assets for life sciences/pharmaceutical brands.
• Translate briefs, scripts, and content into engaging visual designs.
• Work independently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand compliance.
• Review and provide guidance on outputs created by junior designers.
• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Content Writers, Proofing teams, Developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet production standards and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience in digital and print production workflows.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong communication, comprehension, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to interpret complex content and convert it into compelling visual communication.
