Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines to produce high-quality parts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Read engineering drawings, understand part requirements, and program the machine accordingly using Mazatrol software.
• Conduct quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with machine operations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience operating HMC machines or similar CNC equipment.
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
• Proficiency in HMC programming languages such as Mazatrol or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing techniques.
