Key Responsibilities

• * Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
• * Handle IT hiring requirements and source suitable candidates through various recruitment platforms.
• * Coordinate with companies for hiring requirements, corporate tie-ups, and placement opportunities.
• * Organize campus activities, seminars, recruitment drives, and interview sessions.
• * Conduct initial candidate discussions, HR rounds, and support interview preparation.
• * Manage onboarding activities, documentation, and employee records.
• * Support employee engagement activities and HR operations.
• * Assist in internship coordination and student placement activities.
• * Maintain HR databases, recruitment reports, and documentation.
• * Ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• * Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition / consultancy / placement coordination.
• * Must have knowledge and experience in IT recruitment and hiring processes.
• * Good understanding of sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, etc.
• * Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• * Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements and meet deadlines.
• * Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• * MBA in Human Resources preferred.
• * Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or placement organizations will be an advantage.
• * Candidates with experience in IT hiring will be preferred.
• Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
