• Experience Required: 0 to 2 Years
• Salary: Up to 8000-15000 per month. It can be increased in 6Months (Based on experience & performance)
• Location: Work From Home
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly
• Source and screen candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fitment
• Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term engagement
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the given TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on hiring status

Skills Required

• 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
