*Key Responsibilities:*

• *Talent Sourcing:*
• Utilize portals like Indeed, Work India, Apna, etc., for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings.
• *Relationship Management:*
• Build positive relationships with potential candidates.
• Communicate effectively throughout the recruitment process.
• *Collaboration:*
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.

*Qualifications:*

• Minimum 1 year of HR recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals (Indeed, Work India, Apna).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.

Salary: 22000-35000 per month
