Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Recruiter & Client Relationship Executive to manage recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and client coordination in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and professional networks.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
• Prepare daily work updates and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; HR or Management preferred.
• 1–2 years of practical recruitment or HR experience.
• Knowledge of job portals, ATS, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Good English communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet recruitment timelines.
