Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements from department heads and management.
- Post job vacancies on job portals.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
- Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer letter processes with HR.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Ensure timely recruitment closures as per company requirements.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and daily recruitment reports.
