Job Description

Texas Review is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Immigration Counsellors, Telecallers, Digital Marketing, Accounts, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities and maintain candidate documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions and provide a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Experience hiring for sales, counselling, telecalling, or other target-driven roles will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and organisational skills.
