Telecom and Digital Infrastructure(Network Operations)

• Lead network and digital infrastructure solutions.
• Work on network operations and NOC transformation.
• Design and improve operating models, ticketing workflows, escalation processes and service assurance frameworks.
• Support network cost optimization and benchmarking, including CAPEX and OPEX across RAN, transport, fiber and core networks.
• Support network planning, deployment and modernization across wireless, fiber and fixed broadband.
• Analyse network data and prepare dashboards using Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau.
• Work on network automation and AI-enabled operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop business solutions.
• Manage client relationships and lead project workstreams.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and business development materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 - 8 years of experience in a leading telecom operator or strategy/operations consulting firm.
• Good understanding of the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of RAN, 4G/5G network fundamentals and architecture.
• Experience in Network Operations and NOC functions.
• Understanding of network cost structures, CAPEX/OPEX and cost drivers.
• Experience in network planning, deployment or modernization.
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS integration with network elements.
• Exposure to FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) network integration, deployment or operations.

Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Python for data analysis.
• SQL.
• Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Network operations and performance analysis.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI applications in network operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA candidates preferred.
• Experience working on US telecom markets or US client engagements is preferred.
• Experience in telecom consulting and implementation projects.
